i'm not a fan of BOOM!... i like crisp, clean, sharp music that i can feel but still hear... like a powerful 3-way and some small floor subs with a poerful 10 in the back... but i guess that's not competition style... whatever... i've posted this pic before but i'd say go do this as long as you seem to have fort knox at your beck and call...
[attachmentid=9617]
notice how there is more than just 15's... seems to me that building a system to perform is more than just throwing huge subs in a car... i bet i could make a system better than yours by using half the stuff u are. and make it more practical. and aesthetically attractive

i'm not real sure on this project, bud. you need to post up some pics of your progress. and if you're still working on that exhaust rattle, it's more than just a broken hanger. you can reweld a hanger in about 30 seconds. another question, are you plexiglassing the windows? you might want to look into that for your rear windows if they are part of the "box". not sure how this is going to turn out. also, why are you so confident that you'll win this competition? isn't it your first one? just wondering, no offense.

i thought about lookin u up when i hit the clubs, but i dont associate with morons....6 15s will not fit in an alero, period, maybe 5 12s in the trunk but thats some serious engineering and planning to get it all to fit. good luck and ill be sure to laugh at you when u get your ass beat into the ground at this competition

shoulda got a warning for that...
take some advice from your peers... it might save you some of your tax return... unless you're "show" consists of 6 dudes in a walmart parking lot you are gonna come up against a lot of money, and a lot of expertise in the audio field. mabye you can fit 6 15's in an alero... but it's gonna be soooo unpracticle to do that and spend the money to fit them... only to take them out (when you "win")... it's just not feasable...
go for it if you are dead set on it... but you might wanna knock off a 7-11 if you want to make it work... cuz you're gonna need a little extra cash.
