well there's more to this stuff than a rattle can and propellent... or water and latex... it's damned expensinve... i've seen paint at 3k for a quart...

i painted my car with an air sprayer and used sherwin williams green eggshell latex. i also used a 2ft wide tip on the gun. it looks great!

seriously though painting a car is nothing like painting a house.

u better take it to a body shop and let them do it or it will just cost u more money in the long run

How much did that cost you? And the house thing isnt the point he works in the paint area, and i was just saying he owns a shop and knows more about painting anything more than me at least

my dad is a painting contractor and ive been in the painting business myself for the past 5 years......... the only thing that carries over is knowing how to spray the paint....... in terms of the equipment/paint/prep work needed to be done to the kit......... a house painter will have no clue
