Bad Strut Mount

As some of you know I didn't make ASS this year. This was due my car having an inconsistent shake after getting to 55 mph. Think I found the problem...

Ill take the setup if you don't want it :-)

I would agree with you if the strut was able to be press fitted back in the mount. I could be wrong here, but that loose fit could be giving me the vibration at speed and if that's the case, it will only get worse as it wears.

Hahaha! I'm sending both front struts back to Ride Tech for them to to be modified/repaired.

Gotcha can you lay frame with those?

NoSweat83 07-01-2013 03:02 PM

Nope. The Easy Street's get lower, but those didn't either. I know Bdyman was talking about modifying them so, he could. Don't know if he ever did though.

That's your second set iirc what was the first set?

NoSweat83 07-02-2013 03:41 PM

These were my first, made the switch to easy street, and switched back.
