ok this is what you need to fix

1 trunk- open the trunk and see if the safety lock is on or it just needs to be lube it up.

2 fogs- get a new relay for them or just clean the connectors on the relay, sometimes its just a bad connection on the relay, my grand am did the samething.

3 noise from sterring wheel- it could be the inner or the outter tie rods, most likely the outers, its not going to be the strut mount, the strut mount when it goes bad you can only hear it when you turn the wheel almost completly, it would either make a loud clunking noise or just a grinding noise.
To check the tie rods lift the car up and move the tires by hand left and right and the one with the most play need to be replace, highly recomend doing both at the same time if you are going to replace them.

4 cruse switch- get new one from the salvage yard.

Car - 300$ (back of dealer lot, nothing but LIMG was broken)

LIM Gaskets - 100$

what it needs just to be fixed,

fog relay, trunk button, new aftermarket fans, sand bondo and paint it, fix hood chipping,......j
