It shows how to adjust them in your owners manual. Basically there are 2 reverse torx bolts, I think they call them. and you adjust them, buy using I guess you could call them levels inside the headlight.

where do u buy the reverse torx and what size is it?

cannaert 04-06-2005 10:49 PM

I did that. But for some reason the low is still to high. If you line up the lowes the hight goes even higher.
I getting really piss at.

Drive it to Vermont I'll fix them for you :P When I did mine I just used a regular socket, but it kinda chewed up the bolt.

most auto stores turtle.

my car does the just about the same thing i had my lows set just right, but it put my highs, up in the trees... which was worthless. so i focused them lower and the highs work out perfect but the lows are hetting the pavement alot lower and reducing vision not alot but less...

I think i might take the hole thing apart and find out what the h@&# is wrong with it. I dont know i shought just go buy a new light from the Junk yard.

as long as your getting, everything lined up right they should be fine, you are also suppost to have someone sitting in the drivers seat so they arent off like that, but I didnt and mine turned out fine.

i just used some pliers and basically said F*ck it

maybe if you cleared your corners, when you put the lights back together they weren't pressed together evenly and so the beams project differently?

I always thought that the passenger side light was supposed to be aimed a little higher than the driver side? If you aim the driver side to the same height as the passenger, you will blind people.
