Not really. People set up scams like this to put a resistor in line with a sensor or pour some liquid into your gas tank. They charge you a million dollars and tell you it will give you horsepower....

I've had a few mechanics actually tell me that transmission fluid is actually better for your steering system. I can't say that I totally agree, but it is pretty much the same stuff.

They look pretty slick, but I can see why they are mainly used for DRL's. Still, I think it would look pretty cool, and maybe with some HID highbeams.
