Where can I get a good set of coilovers for my 2004 Alero....I know theres been alot of talk about whether the Grand Am Coilovers will fit or not? Does anyone know this for sure?

talk to sound extreme. he is the only one that makes them.
the grandam coilovers will work. same suspension.
I love my coilovers so i say get some.

the grand am coilovers suck from what i hear. you either cant go low enough or you cant go high enough.

So they dont make em for our car? The ones I looked at went from .8" to 3" drop...that isnt enough? And if I order Grand Am Coilovers for my 04....what year grand am coilovers do i need? Same thing I would imagine...but as you can tell by my questioning...suspension is not my deal!

yep, and to have them made you are looking at more money then standard air ride system.

the years to order would 99-04 any of those years will work. all the same.

Hey Oldsman....how hard were they to intstall? Do they just slide on with no trouble or do you have to do some mods yourself to make em fit?

i am pretty sure there is modifications needed.
Not sure if the ones you are talking about are the ones i have seen that turns your stock struts into coilovers. if they are they require putting a threaded sleeve on and some other things.
Sound extreme might no more.

ya, to do it right and give ya a good drop and adustability ya need to remove the spring perches. have fun.
