Question!

I am wanting to purchase the Alero white face glow gauges... my question is, can this be wired in to the regular lighting system, or do you have to use the switch it comes with? And how hard is it to install one of these??? Thanks guys!

its really easy to install those, just pull out the gauge cluster, and then take it apart, im not gonna get into detail right now cause i just explained this to someone else, but its simple. just make sure everything is lined up right, and the gauges are held down, so they dont slip around.

As for the wiring, i dont know.

I wired mine up in about 15 mins. You take out your cluster and dont touch the needles. Slip in the peices over your original gauge cluster and put the wiring down into the dashboard. Then you get the wiring and you connect it to a power source and a ground. I did a metal peice in the back my dash and my headunit power. Simple, Easy and looks awsume. Make sure you do line them up and i put little circles of scotch tape on the back to make sure they stay in place. Mine changes from blue to green if i hit the switch.

Make sure you tape the gauges down, cause they move if you dont. I put some tape around the outside of the gauges. But when i installed them i didnt think about taping them down, and the needle got stuck at like 30mph when i was going faster, and then when i stopped it got stuck at 10mph. cause the gauges will stick up a little if you dont tape em, i learned the hard waylol
