Bodykit or Springs?

Alright I need some help...
I've been debating on getting a bodykit or lowering springs....
Bodykit with paint-1300 bucks (a body of mine is painting it)
lowering springs-491.25 for struts and sprint springs
I don't want to lower it and get a bodykit one or the other..
help me out whatcha think?

i'd say lower first. a kit looks plain dumb on an unlowered car.

Lower it...even an unkitted lowered car with factory wheels looks better than a kitted non lowered car.

I believe the universal order is lower, wheels, then bodykit. I know, I know, alotta people get wheels as their first appearance mod, but lowering really is number 1

post a pic of your car shiny alero.i was thinking of just getting a kit aswell, cuz lowering it is not a good idea where i live.i dont think it would look to bad, would be better with lowpro tires.

So should I go with Eibach or Sprint? witch one rides better?

dude, to those who think lowering is hard on stock bodies, 2" wont make a difference on a bad road, drive with your head up and you wont have a problem. With a kit it's a different story but kitted cars look stupid at stock height no matter what so you need to lower with a kit and then just drive conciously and carefully. /Rant. Oh Mr. Reed Eibach will ride and handle best but give the least drop. I havent rode in a sprint equipped car, i have intrax and am very happy with them, drop in between eibach and sprint with good handling characteristics. They are a little stiff but i like to feel the road so i dont mind that.

I would say lower it.... I thought about the same thing when I was starting out with my car, but it wouldn't make since to go with kit first. Like a few people have said, it just doesn't look good. There is already a big enough gap from our wheel well to our tires stock. So I would lower it (which i did lol) But it's your car, so do what you think you like best.
