5 hp gain = "Hmmm, i think I can feel a slight difference on the pick up"

60 hp gain = "HOLY-JESUS-BATMAN WTF IS HAPPENING?!"

In other words, yeah some ppl cant tell what a 60 hp difference is.

Haha even the ZEX nitrous system only gives like 50 extra HP and you would feel that pretty damn hard when it kicks in.

yea...and you can blow a 2inch hole in your test pipe with that system aswell....seen it happen

I bought one 3-4 years ago, I knew power gain would not be what they said, but I figured that for 20 bucks, i'd give it a try and see if it really did something.

Turned out that shit made my car runs like crap. Oh well, I knew what to expect from that. And I'm sure more ppl than you think tried one of those.

Now you can laugh

It's a little resistor you plug into the socket for your intake air temperature sensor. It tells the engine computer that the air coming into the engine is very cold so that the engine injects more fuel. Since the air isn't any colder than normal, all kinds of fuel gets dumped in causing the engine to run too rich, which will actually decrease power.
