Getting SVS, Trac Off & Anti-Lock

i got a problem with my alero gls and it seems to happen everytime i go from reverse to drive... it kinda like stutters when i hit the gas then it stops then i get the service vehicle soon, anti lock and trac off lights all come on....

anybody know whats going on?

i think this happened before when i got the car but dont remember what had happened..

sounds like something with the ABS..... i would look at that.

I had that same issue. Turned out to be a clogged cat. hasnt happened since i got the new cat

Probably not the case here, but check into your wheel sensors. My daughter's is doing the same thing with SVS, Track-off, and ABS lights.

The sensor provides input the computer uses to trip the second two of those, the SVS just means "get it fixed".

ya...its been covered dozens of times on here. mine does the exact same thing. either the sensor or wires going to it.

Yep. Mines been doing it for months. I am checking out the wires tomorrow while doing an oil change. Bought grease for after I clean out the connectors. See if that helps first.
