i could take pictures tomorrow of mine since I have to replace my e-brake cable and adjust it tomorrow....will see if I remb to bring the camera

you better get a jackstand too if you plan on working under the car

cant i just use one? cuz its all around the wheel. you know what im saying.
so id jack it up like it would be changing a tire.
why would i need to go under neath the car?

its just for safety..working on a car without stands is never a good idea..regardless of what your doing, just get some stands and then you wont have to worry about hospital/funeral bills when the car falls on you because the jack rolls away or collapses

oh i got stands. if i have to do actual work ill use them, but im just checking to see what the problem is

well I had everything apart today and forgot the camera at home. I am going to rego at it another day as I need new e-brake pads since mine are shot now

you would be surprised. you sit down near the car and if the jack failed, the rotor/balljoint would smash down on anything in its way. i had a jack fail on me once and tip over under the car while i was working on it without jackstands. now everything i do on a car is with jackstands.

use jack stands you will save yourself from getting hurt.

Def use stands, the 2 seconds it takes to set them up is well worth it.
