you definitely do not need that much dynamat, i have one layer and with some well placed screws was able to stop 90% of my rattling and im putting out just as much dB if not more with my setup.

yesterday i bought a cold air intake off a garage, they had pulled it out of a colorado, the only thing i was able to reuse was a coupler, i bought a new shorter filter at autozone. cant complain and intake for $45 and enough parts left over to do a full size truck. lol
i hate the MAFS in aleros.

He has alot more cone area and power....
Big difference is tho is that he has the sub loading against the trunk lid. It is gonna rattle it's ass off no matter how much dynamat is on it.

i just picked up the whole license plate trunk lid peice and a run of 4ga scoche for $10 at the junk yard yesturday, im going to fill in the inset part and smooth it paint it dynamat it, weatherstrip it and then im going to start rattle improving the old ane and figure out wich one i like best. idk what im doing with this car yet, i'de like to put some serious work into it but im working at stewarts right now making 8/hr and getting 30 hrs a week, still living at home with parents that want me out..... so the budget is limited.
