I Haven't used these at night yeat, so i may need to modify a high beam bulb to make them bright enough. not enough cash for HID yet. heres a basic how to.

Items needed:
1 can of spray paint
Epoxy
Silicone
Flathead screw driver
Factory Fog lights or other projector

1. Remove center of fog lights from outer shell. Clips on both sides, you can use a flathead to gently pry them undone.
2. Remove bulb from fog lights and cut right before the area where the bulb slides into light. I used a dremel tool with a cutoff wheel. Try to make cut as straight as possible, if it isn’t perfect its alright.
3. Remove headlights from car and disassemble the same way you would if you were to do clear corners mod.
4. After headlight disassembly look at the area where the low beams are and you will notice that there is a flat area where the bulb sits, then angles on both sides. You need to trim the fog lights or projectors to be able to sit on there as flush as possible. You also need to take out the piece that wraps around the low beam bulb; it just pops out if you squeeze the sides.
5. Next you can test fit the projectors, make sure they sit flush and use epoxy to fasten them in place.
6. Let dry for 30-40 minutes, after the epoxy fully dries, you can mask off the projector lens and the high beam area and pain the low beam area black. You don’t need too, but I think it just gives it a cleaner look.
7. Wait for paint to dry and reassemble, make sure you seal the headlights properly with the silicone or they will fog up when it rains.

well i ran into a problem, after having them at night, they are nowhere near bright enough to drive with. i have silverstars in them, but i am gonna try to redo the mirror finish inside of them. they seemed kinda dark after i cut them. i'll give it a shot but if it doesn't work i guess i need another set of headlights.

i think i need HID's, but the cheapest set i've found is $215. its a little more than i wanna pay right now. i think i'll try to fix it and put low beams in the high beam area to at least be able to drive for work.

So if i am figuring this right, you used the projectors from the factory fog lights for the low-beams? no wonder you can't see anything at night. If you get a good set of halogen projectors you won't have that problem. I have the Hella 90mm projectors on my chevy and they are WORLDS above the stock headlights.
