Where to buy replacement pacesetter header gaskets for the 3.4 ?

I put the headers on in April. I know I have an exhaust leak at the headers, where do I get replacement gaskets ?

No, individual gaskets (6 are needed) are on that page:

only place you can get pacesetter header gaskets is from calling pacesetter them self, believe me ive gone through 3 of them, they are JUNK! i blew my front gasket just about every month. so i said screw it and used copper RTV as a front header gasket. and its lasted longer then those cruddy pacesetter gaskets. if yoh really want to order them here is there number, and this is the only way to order them. by phone. lol

Do you know where the leak is? You can probably just use the permatex copper stuff to seal it up if the leak is up front and easily accessible.. It does need 24 hours to cure though, so your car will be out of service for a whole day.

Permatex copper should available at most parts places... I assume places like autozone would carry it.

The leak is sounding like it is coming from the headers in the back.

Oh... I had the head bolts break off on one of the exhaust ports in the front when a friend installed them and he couldn't put a gasket on there so he used some JB Weld to hold it in place and seal the port, but there was still a small leak there... I bought some permatex copper and it did the trick.

My dad put that permatex copper seal on when he first put them on

If they will work with the Pacesetters (and I can't see why they wouldn't), I'd recommend using the stock metal exhaust gaskets, although you may need to cut them up with a pair of tin snips.

If I buy a stock gasket from GM, can I just put it on, or do I have to modify it ?

I have the stock metal gasket on the back (right side of engine) headers and I haven't had a problem. Been having problems with everything else that isn't stock.

The tip snips you'll need, is to cut off the extra material that will be exposed.

I need to swap my front gaskets out back to the GM stock one. I'm going to do it after I move, if that's this year, since they are buried in my storage area in the basement
