Serious Problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, today it reached -54 degrees C. My autostart wouldn't work...I went to the car tryed turning it over, I had the car plugged in all night....the first turn it turned over but WOW....CLUNK.....CLUNK......CLUNK.......CLUNK..... .CLUNK....for 45mins...it took 45mins for the temp. gauge to move 2mm......now it took 2hours to warm up to 1/4 heat....now, Im hearing a little clunk when im driving this thing, I know its not the motor cause it only happens when im moving, im worried its the shocks but im not quite sure, has this happened to ny one? And my transmission is shifting on me whenever it wants, if Im going at a constint 60kph, its shifting between 2nd and overdrive gear when I have it in third. Im really worried, im going to take it out for a drive soon see if its still doing this.
