According to the Official AOTM Rules & Regulations ( http://www.aleromod.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20143) Item 9.
"9. You may only use the same photo once after winning. Therefore if you won best overall alero photo in 2007, you may not use that same picture in 2008, 2009, etc..."
The picture I used to in in '06 was the picture in my avatar. With this information my post and picture are allowed regardless if I have actually changed anything or not.
