Latest project in the works.

i just need to design an adapter plate to connect these to the spring perch, i will be able to get another 1/4 to 1/2 drop on the front end and have full camber adjustment at the track. i just need a strut to be able to finish the mock-up.

Interesting. So you are fabricating something to adapt these to a stock-style spring? What kind of bearing are you using? Very cool projects you've been doing lately.

yes, these will adapt to a stock spring perch, the bearing is a spherical bearing, but there is not rubber cushioning in this setup, is will be considered a solid mount with adjustable camber.

Update, it took a while, alot of measuring and trial and error, but i now have all the necessary pieces to complete this setup. interestingly enough most of this will be completed with washers and trunion bushing caps, i just need to slightly modify the stock spring perches which will take a matter of 10 mins. i had a somewhat difficult time finding a shanked nut to fit the strut shaft, its a 14mm x 2.0. what i found was i could use a shanked lug nut from a dually, i had to modify the lug nut but it works like a charm. all i need to do is get the washers welded to make a solid spacer. in the picture with the lug nut the smaller one is the modified lug nut it took me an hour with a home made setup and 3 files, but in the end it worked out great. ill do the other lug nut next week.

this is a mock up of the assembly for test fitting the peices, im still working on the proper spacing. i should have all of this ready to run by December for the races. they wont be ready by next weekend.

once this is complete i will start work on my custom subframe connectors. and im talking to someone about tubular front a-arms.

how do you you plan on adjusting the camber at the track? seems like you would atleast need a jack to raise the car and relieve some of the weight off the springs in order to be able to move those 2 adj. bolts you have, unless im not seeing the full picture.
