Could it be the heat in FL?. Is your car still under warrnty?
I would try a gasket sealer. It will stand up to the heat

My dash is comming up on the passenger side right above where the blove box is. My car is under warranty (extended) but they said the problem isn't covered under it. Sucks the big one.

That's the center console. They just put a stronger latch on it. For those people who drive with knives in their console, I guess.

I had a similar problem- my dash was bubbling up near the seam that is behind the dash and right underneath the windsheild (kinda hard to explain) and on the front of the glove box. I live in southern Virginia- it gets really hot here too, so I think that might have caused it. However, my car was still under warranty, and my local dealership replaced my entire dash for free. Haven't had any problems since.

Has anyone tried removing the vinyl from the dash to see what is under it? If it can be sanded down and painted?

I have heard of this on alot of Alero's and it worries me. I live in Southwest VA, and it gets pretty hot here in the summer. Since the car was new, I try to use a sun shade to protect the dash from the hot sun. I hope this keeps it from coming up.

I called Oldsmobile on this one, and there official stance is that my car is no longer under warranty and it is just, and I quote
"TO BAD, that the dash is peeling up and this can be expected as the cars age and the epoxy wears off. However I can take it to my nearest GM dealer and they can replace the covering! "
Oh well... I guess I will just have to break out the stapler for now.. :P j/k...
