fosgate fan, much??
the speakers don't have great clarity... which is normal for fosgate.
the sub looks ok, but only 200rms?
and the amp is good for a small one, but way expensive.
crutchfield is a great place to get info, but i wouldn't buy there... its wickedly over priced!
but the stuff you picked out is ok, for a real low scale system.
personally, i'd suggest infinity reference 4.6's you can usually get them off sites like www.etronics.com or ebay, etc. they have higher RMS and clarity, and might be cheaper. lol

I'd ditch the rear fill, get a good set of 5.25" or 6.5" components (RE (XXX), seas (lotus reference), CDT (HD or Eurosport), eD (6500), DLS (Iridium), Rainbow (Platinum), Phass, etc.) - if you want to go Pioneer for the deck, go for the DEH-860MP, otherwise I'd go with Eclipse (their '06 line just got announced and looks amazing). Check out the forums on sounddomain.com, caraudio.com, elitecaraudio.com, icixsound.com, iasca.com, etc. - see what the guys are running and what they're selling (I haven't bought anything new for awhile there are such good deals on the forums). And sound deaden, sound deaden, sound deaden!
Just my two cents, hope it helps.
Cheers,
Collin

Speak of the devil - I'd jump on that CD8454 that was just posted in the Bazaar, excellent head unit.
Cheers,
Collin
