well your car is 6 years old, but at any rate. the lower intake manifold gasket is normal on the 3.4. it sucks and is expensive, but it just happens. i think there is a recall or tsb out for the blower motor. had it happen on my 2000 alero, got it fixed for free. the vynal peeling happnes to some people, not to others? the rust is just really from lack of preventative maint. not saying you dont take care of you car, but a rust proofing/undercoating and some wax would have saved that. the window off track could be caused by your little plastic clip being broken...i have posted in the common problems section the part numbers to fixx that. The scratches on the windows is also from dirt or debris being in the rubber deal there and catching it and from being slightly off track. happed on my new one after about a month..got a whole new piece of glass for that one.

I have those *** damned scratches on my window I saw those the other day and i was pissed I also had a problem with the dash but Wallace Chevorlet fixed it, also when I bought the car there was a green marker looking spot in the passenger backseat and it seams to be getting bigger and the mean green carpet machine cant get it up issed:

IM going to add to this...

the Volume and Tuner center buttons fell off and I had to glue them back the AC controler slipped out somehow and there is a piece in it that makes it glow blue instead of white (the color of the light under it) well it fell out and I cant fix it and now I lost it.now 2 of the controllers glow blue and one is white.

window scratching, especially on the dr/pass side windows seems to be common, clean your outer rubber seal, and inner felt.

blower motor, mine makes a sound like a freakin F-16 in full afterburner when I turn it up past 2. Check like the previous post to see if it falls under the recall.

totally agree with double0 on rust. Wax and/or undercoating.

seat motor sounding stripped.....did you have someone overweight previously own the car? Not to sound crass, but that's one problem I haven't heard of as being common, and the only thing I can think of to cause that, unless you play with that motor consistently. Pull the seat and check for debris in the gearing which may also be a culprit. You know how crap seems to materialize under the seats.
