Blown Jl 12w0-8

The leaf (wire going from connector to the sub ) snapped on the connector end.. this happened to anyone else on the board?? Im thinking of soldering it but im not sure any help or some one pointing to a place i can find one jl 12W0 would be greatly appreciated

i have a 10w7 that needs selling... so if you cant fix that one and want it it's in the bazzar... that's all the help i'm good for... i don't know if they are repairable.

try and see if you can solder it, aslong as thats the original way its held on there....

had the same problem on a sub you just have to get a little extra speaker and just carefully soder the ends togetherbut not to much speaker wire then the excess wire will vibrate on the back of the sub and with the vibration might scratch the back of the sub

Fixed it... soldered it w/ a little bit of aluminum to add length to the wire
