Midwest Meet

who would all be interested in this?

My club, WI J-Tuners ( i used to have a j body and was quite active in the community, now an alero owner), is having a meet in the Wisconsin Dells the weekend of May 20-21. And was wondering if we could get some of us aleromod people there

It's all still in the planning stages right now. but the weekend will be packed full of things to do. That weekend is the weekend of the big Classics Auto Show at the Wisconsin Dells. Over 1000 cars came out for it last year. They ran out of room in the Noahs Ark parking lot. There's also cruising up and down the strip that night. Cops will be out but last year they didn't care about you as long as you didn't peel out and @!#$. I was also thinking, Go Karting/Rollercoasters at what used to be Big Chiefs now Mt. Olympus, Mini Golfing, Countryside cruise, Drive In Movie, Grilling out...

Just trying to get a feel to see if anyone from aleromod is interested in making it up for the weekend. That way I can get out the info on hotels and campgrounds, set up a schedule of events and hopefully haggle some better prices for the weekend.

also if you do plan on coming and bringing another person with you, please not that so i have an idea of how many to expect

i went to a j-body meet in appleton last fall witha friend of mine that has a boosted cavi... and there were nothing but a buch of nerds there. i bet about 15 mabye 20 cars showed up... hopefully this sping meet will be more interesting... i might go... depends on the finances

my show touring and such might be extremely limited after today, but at the same time there may be another place to have meets. If everything goes well, I might be buying a house. more info will come as today goes on and there might be a new post in the next coming months.

I work at a campground about a hour to 45 min away from the dells and about a mile from my house and they might give group discounts if anyone is intrested. That car show is sweet i went on sunday last year and there were tons of sweet cars from all the U.S. im gonna go to the car show no matter what and i might cruze the strip

i would like to go add me to the list i have a cabin 20-30 min away from the dells
