Ok I have been Helping a friend put a sub in his new car ( Matrix ) He is keeping the stock stereo for now. The amp he is using is a Legacy 470. I have a inline converter hooked up and all the wires hooked up the RIGHT way. I thriple checked every thing. I am running 8 gauge wire to with a 40 amp fuse at the batt.
Ok here is what's going on when i hook up the battery i keep blowing the fuse at the amp. I getting a bit confused as why i am blowing every fuse i put in the amp. When it is all wired up the right way.

that usually happens when you have the power and ground reversed on the amp. otherwise i'd guess a bad amp. afterall it IS a legacy...
