Haven't seen it on Aleros, but I once saw a "frog eye" kit to put guages on the curve that compliments the steering wheel/instrument cluster. It was for a Honda.

i seem to remember someone fabbing up a setup so that a guage took up the left side of the center console heating/ac vent and it looked pretty sweet, but I dont know if I'd wanna lose my heating/ac outta that vent in exchange for a gauge housing. Some imports replace the top part of the steering column and have one off center on the steering column, and I remember seeing an alero with nos put the nos guage in the cup holder right near the arm rest, but I think thats a lil outta place, and I always use my drink holder for drinks, so what if something spilled in there... I have also seen someone fiberglass the lil compartment where the cig lighter is, in front of the shifter to house a couple of guages, and that looked the sweetest by far...

that infamous company that we are not allowed to name, has them on their site. No, I'm not trying to plug them, but you could look at the picture to get some sort of idea about what you want to do.

YEs, my 2001 alero has a three pillar gauge set and we have a custom fiberglass gauge holder in the airconditioning vent on the dash right above the cd player. It wasnt easy and it took lots of time to sand and repaint but it looks really nice in there and i have not seen ne one else with anything like it
