i have 6 switches hooked up below by deck. Theyre all 3 prong blue glowing that i bought from home depot. Im having problems getting them to work tho. The switch is POWER GROUND ACC. what im stuck with is what the ACC is. what wire of my neons do i attach to that prong. the positive?

pos of the neons to acc. and constant power from a 12v source to the main power, then ground the last of course

i did that exact thing and it didnt seem to work. What do i do to the Neg. wire of the neons just tape it off?

might be obvious to ground the neg of the neons. The ground on the switch is to light up the LED in it when its turned on. Thats your problem with it not working.

will it work if my neon negative is on the terminal as well. instead of running it parallel to the ground to the chassis

no dude you're making this way to hard on yourself. loosen a screw in your fuse box, put BOTH ground wires under the washer and tighten it down. takes 45 seconds

and btw to save yourself a huge headache, take the 3 grounds from the switch panel and daisy chain them into each other so your only running 1 wire out

what silent said, same deal, ground is ground

I used to have one common ground, and then run a wire up into a splitter which could fit about five more wires, then ground the accessories off of that

i just hooked the pos and neg to the aux. cig lighter and connected them to a swithch on the side of the center console, worked good the first time, and every time
