Rust Issue

Yo guys,
I have rust forming right in front of my rear tire wheel wells, on the back quarter panels. On one side the paint actually chipped off. Do you think that touch up paint will hold me other till I can get the money to repaint it? Or what are your suggestions as to dealing with it?

Thank you
Pat

well just touching it up won`t last long, you could use a self etching primer or a epoxy primer before you touch it up
but the only way it will last is being sand blasted off the correct way and the tech will follow the rest of the procedures
per panel i would charge 300 just to give ya a heads up
