interior question

I'm almost finished painting my interior, but I have a question... Should I put some sort of clear coat on or not?

will the regular clear coat for the body work or do I need a special fabric clear coat?

i am painting my interior i took it apart yesterday and when i took the ring around the trunk release button off the button fell down how do i get it back out? do i have to take out the whole door panel or does the cubby hole come out and i can get it from there?
