window problems

so i was comming home last night, and it started raining, i go to put passenger window up, and half way up there was a nice loud clunk, and the window wouldnt move any more. is this the window regulator problem? if so, is it somewhat easy to fix? dont have time to take my car in for a while, and its supposed to rain pretty much all week. i pulled the window up by myself as much as i could, but its still cracked open at the time, so water easily can get in. the person that had the car before me had gotten this fixed on the driver side, but the drivers side window is still off the track or whatever. its pissing me off because now my tint and windows are all scratched up. so either way, i have to get both fixed, and get the windows re-tinted because they look like shit now.

ya its prolly the clips. as far as a DIY job, i have replaced my drivers door ones (yes both of em at separate times) and the one towards the rear of the car is by far easier to get to than the front one. i rate it at 2 out of 5 wrenches. the hard part is holding the wire and trying to get the new clip on it.
