Soft brake pedal
It started today, on my way to work my brake pedal felt fine. But when I left work in the afternoon my pedal feels soft. It almost goes all the way to the floor now. The brakes still work but I need to brake way ahead. My fluid was a little below max and I topped it off, and I checked my parking spot and didn't find any spots on the ground that looked like leaking fluid. Has anyone else had this problem, if so what was it? Any sugestions would be great.

Brake master cylinder probably has an internal leak.

I don't hear anything when I brake. No sqweaking. I'm kinda thinking it's the master cylinder also. Plus I haven't used my e-brake at all and the handle is all the way down.

whatever it is, you definitely lost pressure somehow. check to make sure the e-brake is fully disengaged. Then check for any leaks/puddles under the car (could be a leak in the master cylinder, or the brake lines MIGHT have a small hole from corrosion). Then check the condition of the pads.
if it's not any of those, you have a serious problem.

Usually with a soft pedal its the second, I think, Seal in the master cylinder. If it stops and then slowly sinks thats pretty much the cause. If it goes almost to the floor, but slows the car down alittle. It might also be air in the brake lines. Cause if its just air in the lines, its pretty easy to bleed out.

Clean the inside of your wheels a bit, and pump the brakes. If you have a leak around the caliper, that's where it's going to drip.
That's what happened to mine
