Puttin in a new stereo
Well, I'm going for it. Decided to install a new stereo head in my Alero. Not upgrading the speakers or nothing yet. Just got a basic CD/MP3/WMA player with an aux in jack to hook my Ipod into. Nothing fancy at all. The dealer gave me the wrong connector at first, but was apologetic and very nice in getting me the proper one. Maybe I'll post some pics when I get it installed. Might decide at a later time to throw some subs in the back, but not worried about it yet.
Wish me luck!!!

Just a basic CD/mp3/wma w/aux input. It is a JVC KD-G230. It looks real good in the dash, as is very well colour co-ordinated for the car. I'll try to get some pictures up by the weekend.
It was on sale locally for $99.99 Canadian. Of course after taxes and all the neccessary accesories, it was CAN$177.00. Still a good deal I think. Sounds better than the stock unit, has a cd player, and I can plug my Ipod into it.

Actually I meant the accessories like the wiring harness, the antenna adapter, and the dash adapter. That, plus the deck, plus taxes, was $177.00

If the world would just bow to our demands we wouldn't have to go to war. But seriously, I like Canadians, your girls have big tits
