Interior lights

I have been having some trouble with my interior lights not wanting to turn off. The courtesy lights which come on when the door is open (the ones on the floor and the dome light) come on when I open the door and then stay on even when it's shut. I checked and none of the doors are open at all, the switch on the dome light is set to door, and the lights are not turned on by the dimmer switch. Any ideas?

could be the same problem I have and havent figured out..

I have figured out its the door sensor, (senses when the door is open)

My interiors stay on, all day, all night, it thinks the door is open..

I in turn pulled ALL interior light fuses 1 or two of them I think..

Now my battery dosent die anymore..

I have tested my door sensor (built into the door lock mechanisim) above it..

It seems fine, I have shorted it, and left it open.. no difference.. the wireing is messed up elsewhere..

Does your Radio now turn off as soon as you turn off your car..

That also dosent work with mine, it use to stay on for a few minutes after I shut my car off for courtsy
