Lowering and those Darn Speedbumps
Since I was thinking about lowering my Alero and adding a body kit (AAS) how much should I lower it for the kit?
Also one more question, on Aleros like Gr1ms and Aftermaths, how do you go over speed bumps

If you get eibachs it wont lower that car more than 2 inches, So id go with those because ot still helps but wont put you in the speedbumps constantly.

I have the Eibach and a bottom out sometimes on the shitty Philly roads.
Speed bumps, take them one wheel ata time, or find ways to avoid them

it takes some practice to learn how to go into inclined areas (speed bumps, driveways, etc.) i can almost always make it with the ride height i use, but if not, then i just inflate the bags to a higher height and go over it (FMKustoms.com's air suspension system is what most of the people with bagged cars have such as me and aftermath.)

On lowering springs.. you would need to practice going over bumps and parking lots in 45 degree angles.

Mines lowered and I scrape every damn thing but its not bad cuz you hear the "scrape guard" before anything else and that lets you know to slow down or back up

Lowered here, and I've come across some roads where the limit is like 45 mph and suddenly there is a bump on the road like something is growing under the pavement. I must say it makes a really big BANG!!! First time I thought I rammed my oil pan for good. But It seems that theres a big part of the frame that passes under the engine to protect it.
It happened a couple of times to me (you know, those kind of things you see at the last minute) and even one time my friend was beside me and yelled " Oh Damn! Did you lose something? Shouldn't you stop? " lol
I guess at least that big frame part is something good they made on Aleros
