Well, I was considering getting the Bazooka sub in my car, but wasn't sure if it would work all that great. Now that I know it does, I think I'll run out and grab one. Thanks for the info.

Why wouldnt it work all that great?

Be aware, u will get a powerfull bassline that can shake u up, but u wont get one that will completely blow your head/make u deaf like the one u can get with an amp+sub.

The bazooka is known for being more gentle.

Those are pretty good sounding subs, i just put one in my buddy's C-10.

How many watts is that bazooka alon? I've got a 250W infinity powered sub in my car and most people would say its not enough, but it hits pretty hard and i still have my trunk!

I'm planning on getting a new audio system put in my car... I think I'm going to go with the Sony Xplode speakers, sub and amp. Haven't really found a decent head unit though... At least, not one that I really like.

Just exactly the sound I was looking for. Wasn't interested in letting people know I am coming from six blocks away!!
