I'm recieving my DHP PCM on friday! so I need to know where the PCM is located in my car? We (DHP and I) are hoping everything works properly, because this is the first PCM they have done for an 03, if all goes well the weekend of the 24th I'm putting my car on a Dyno.

I guess I didn't know they were actually shipping these. I've got an '01 and would love to pick this up.
How do we get in touch with them anyway?

It is under the dash on the driver's side. You'll need to remove a plastic hush panel to see it. The PCM is a silver/grey metal box encased in a plastic mounting sleeve (look for the two big rectangular connectors with all the wires). Be sure to disconnect your battery!

Good call. I think I'll be getting one of these with my graduation money.

Thanks... I left off the "Inc" when I tried guessing their website and got a graphics design site.
I'll have to check them out again.. I've tried in the past to get something moving with them, but nothing so far.

Mine is the first 03 Alero PCM they have done, they are waiting to see if there are any problems with mine, so they are not actually shipping them out at this point that I know of, I would have loved to go get a custom tune in person but I live in south texas so it would have been a hell of a long drive.

You and I have similar mods, so I would imagine that even though mine is an 01, the tunes should be identical for our cars. I don't think the PCM has changed on the 3400.

There are subtle (but important) changes to the PCM code for each year.

I think they were have problems finding the Bin-file for my car, I sent them a actual pic of my VIN plate to help them out!
Has anybody dyno'd a non s/c or turbo 3400 I would like something for compareson, I know factory h.p. is rated at aprox 180, I'd have dyno'd mine total stock but I didn't find out about this machine till after I got my exhaust?

Typically, a completely stock car will lay down somewhere in the neighborhood of 143whp.

With cai, exhaust and headers I was putting down about 160whp but this was with a gigantic exhaust leak. I would guess that with everything fixed Im at about 170whp. There is a dyno chart somewhere on the site of my first run.

Bad news for me at this point, hardware part number mismatches are causing problems, and I can't park my car for 2 days to send up my PCM because it's my only car! so I'm not sure whats gonna happen now?
I'll tell you what though, the guys at DHP are great, they are doing everything they can to help me out right now!
