short ram probably, first thing i thought of after "WTF is SRI?"

WAI vs. CAI
Warm Air Intake vs. Cold Air Intake

Colder is always better. Don't drive through 1.5 ft deep water? You're fine. I run a CAI.

lol Well for some reason, I am able to get water up in there where my CAI filter would be... I don't know how, but water gets in there. so I switched to WAI. I really didn't notice a BIG difference... I like my WAI. Still sounds nice.

For Sillygirl, I would say if you are interested in the WAI, try it out and see if you like it.. You can always do what REDOG does with his setup.

I switched from WAI to CAI. But I don't drive in the rain now... and if I do I avoid opening up the throttle. Hydrolock isn't fun.

i drive in the rain, but not 2 feet of water. in order to suck up water through the intake pipe into the cylinders the end of the intake pipe where the filter is attached must be SUBMERGED. if you're driving in that deep of water to begin with, you're an idiot

so don't use a CAI if you live in flood zones
