Inside lights
Well,
On my Silverado, I have a blue accent on the inside. Every light (And a LED bar) light up blue. Now, my Alero has more lights inside. Dome, mirror, under dash, etc. I'm replacing those, should I do blue?

That question my friend, is up to you. I mean, I was personally originally going to go all blue - I did listen to some of the advice on here, and have a mix of blue & red. However, It boils down to this - what would you prefer? It's your car, do it how you'd like.
Try it out, if you don't like it, you can always change it...

Yeah, why not...blue always looks decent at night. But if you're doing some sort of themed color with your car (red for example) i'd stick wtih that. But if you get the reverse halos and maybe you have a blue radio..the blue would look good. Or you could do the multi-colored like CHerrington did. His looks real nice.

Eh,
Don't want to look like a rainbow lol. Nah, I think blue is default for now, cause it is low, looks good at night. Red, orange, too bright. And most radios are Blue LED lol.

i'd start by using the search key. I've done quite a few how tos, as how to make/add leds to your car.
i've done almost everything you can... and somethings you can't.
Vents, center console, dash, foot lighting, ashtray, cup holder, door cubbys.
Sat also did wheelwell lights. Dome light, it depends on what kind a dome light you have. (there are 2 variations)
FormulaNerd did one on the switches for the windows.
^eh_nigma did one for the center console backlights.
This is my setup... (brad referred to)

Yup, red n blue look excellent together, as they said, I always fancied my Alero to look kinda of like a rolling strip joint with those two colors.
I'm rolling just blue on the Park Ave now, and it looks cleaner, but not as interesting.
The rainbow look isn't always bad though, do something like this guy.

I think I just threw up in my mouth when I saw that^^^ picture...
My dome light, map lights in the mirror and the lights in the footwell, basically all the lights that come on when you open the door, are bright white LED's. They're nicer looking that the ugly yellowish color of the stock bulbs and they're very bright.

Wow,
Totally loving that red. It looks darkish, not bright. I might go with that.

the red is brighter then the camera picks up. but not nearly as bright as the blue. but you can always use more resistors in line to regulate just how bright it is.
