humm....i dont know then man. I drive on gravel but not too much and from the pics in the other threads that you have posted you must live on gravel. I dont know what else to say man...maybe put some kind of shield in front of the tube towards the front of the car.

I have the Gold Series line from Street Glow on mine and I have had no problems yet. Blown fuse once but that was it...other than that, the tubes are fine. Where do you have it mounted?

there's really only one place to mount in the back...and i drive freakin slow on the gravel road...but yeah..they are a lil cheaper, but they have the same outer casing as the street glows...i'm probly gonna try makin a shield or sumthin...see how that goes...

just ask silent he can probably tell you something and i think if you get something good like streetglow gold (forget which one) or whatever whenever you get a broken tube they replace it for free.

Ok streetglow gold series does have the lifetime warranty but now they force you to use your dealer so that kinda sucks but it still holds the same.
As for your tube cracking in the rear from gravel, the best thing to do is try to mount it more inside your rear bumper so its away from the rocks and chips. Plus the tubes should be able to withstand the hits anyways.
I would recommend going with a better comapny if your cracking the tube from that.

Yeah, I doubt it's the same outer casing as the Streetglow. Acrylic and lexan seem pretty similar until you start hitting them with stuff. Acrylic will crack and shatter and lexan (Streetglow's casing) bends and gives quite a bit before anything happens. If anyone watches Mythbusters on the Discovery channel...they use lexan panels whenever they're making a blast chamber.
You could go to Home Depot and get a piece of 1/4" acrylic sheet for about $10 I think and cut a piece to make a shield for it. Then use the rest to put a shield between the road and the filter at the end of your CAI (if you have one) if you're worried about water. That will cut down on a lot of the water that *could* get to the filter.

your probably askin for trouble because the streetglow gold series runs off a 9500v transformer and thats what they are made for.
