Question transmission question

2.4litre engine/automatic transmission question. last tranny oil and filter change 100,000 kms ago, is it recommended that is get a simple drop the pan oil and filter change or the total flush of the transmission including torque converter? is there a way to take the oil out of the tourque converter myself since i heard there is like 3-4quarts left in there after dropping the pan? what torque of the tranny oil pan bolts is the proper torque when putting it back together?

I had the dealership do mine.

It was $135 for everything and $85 of that was the new fluid. They have a spiecal machine that sucks out all of the fluid. I'm not sure if there is a way to do it yourself
