interior vents...

im working on colormatching some interior pieces to the outside of my car, and i can in no way get the middle vent out of the dash. the one right about the stereo. i dont know if it wasnt meant to come out, but i had no problem with the one on the drivers side. any help short of tearing apart the whole dash would be helpful.

you have to take the stereo out, and above it there is some plastic. above that plastic, there are two metal braces (same as the other vents had) you have to push those up and slide the vent out.

it does definitely come out. just a little tricky.

If you don't do the radio thing you'll probably break the metal clips off. Happened to mine and it didn't sit right, ugh.
