I believe that's the only one they sell now. I could be wrong because I haven't looked into for a years now. My car was wired without the stock radio in the car and I know they had to tap into my ignition wiring for one of the power leads.

when i got my car, i was worried about the same thing. mine is an 02 but i know in my 2000 cavalier, i had to buy the relocation kit, as the stereo guys said that most of my cars computer was controlled through the stock deck. that kit cost me $80, and that was 4 yrs ago. when i got this car, the same guy told me now they have a kit that has the same properties, but has a little box that acts like the stock stereo, and goes under your dash, with a wireless transmitter from the harness. however, that kit was $350... i just used my kit i had from the cavalier, my stock deck is in the trunk, when i redo things, it will be hidden away, and no one will know it is there.

When I bought mine which I had a 200 so I just used a Grand Am simple one but they had the one for the years after that it was a Metra unit and it had te box with the chimes built in and it was something like 90 bucks. I would check crutchfield.com

i read up on some of it and someone said u dont need that little thing unless u want the chimes, u can get a wiring harness and an antenna harness or something like that, i dont know though, i used to have a sunfire and they told me they had to do the relocation thing, but i dont want my old stereo anywhere near my car if im puttin in a new deck lol, GM builds things retarded i find.. nothing is simple or easy anymore...

all you lose are the chimes.... just get rid of your old deck.
i have mine relocated, and its not a HUGE hassel, but it is slightly annoying. I think i got mine from partsexpress.com but any car site/shop should sell the basic gm wire harness, if your not gonna use that [relocation] method.
