Do I glue it to the windshield? I tried super glue (but not onto the wind sheild) and it utterly failed, I stopped at a service center and that's all they had.

those screw on to the a-pillar, i believe they are relativly inexpensive, i would buy new ones

Hey, I know i have an extra one in the trunk of the car from when I got the windshield changed. You only need the drivers side?
