Transmission fluid

I change my tranny fluid today with no problem except this there is a drip that is flowing out from the transmission pan I know what you are thinking ... just tighten the bolts right... well this is where the problem starts there tight I dont want to make them any more tighter for fear of striping the thread on the bolts ....done that before and its not fun ! I don't know if I should take the pan off again and try to reset the gasket? toward the back of the car there is a spot on the tranny pan where you would thing a bolt would go but in fact there ids no bolt for there this is where the fluid is leaking from the two bolts beside it are tight any idea on what to do ?
Just so you know I bought a transmission filter and gasket kit from a local auto part store I'm thinking it may be the gasket
