Alero-AM
I've already seen some Alero with the grand-am front end, but never a Grand-Am with an Alero's front end.
I always prefered the Grand-ams back end, especially the GT, but I really dislike the front end. However the alero's front end is really sweet, where its rear end is ok even with the big ass tails.
If I had the cash, I would buy a grand am with the 2.4 manual and swap my supercharger, then swap my front end.
Maybe bdyman can answer this: Do you know if the grand am use the same energy absorber than the Alero and if not, does the "Energy absorber metal holders" or if you want the part that is welded on the two frame rails that holds the energy absorber, is the same?? So I would only need to swap the bumper cover, both fenders, headlight header (and headlights of course) and the hood?
I know this is not crystal clear, but I think you can get it.

Ion, if you are saying that the Grand-am fenders and Alero's headlights doesnt match, well I know lol and you fail at reading
If its not, well I got that wrong.

alero/malibu/grand am all the same n-body, you do not need to swap the lower frame raisl or any structual metal all you need is the hood/fenders/bumper/ and headlight mount panle, and yes the energy absorber is different between the alero and grand am
everything else is a bolt on application, even the hood latch is the same so are the hood hinges, no need for fab`n work at all
