Taylors deteriorate quicker and start to misfire within a year or two.

so go msd anyone know the cheapest to get im searchin online i really want blue ones anyone know where to get blue ones.

i've had my Taylor 8.2mm ThunderVolt wires on for aprox 3 yrs with no deteroiration or missfire problems, they are excellent wires.

MSD has red, blue and black wire. The red and black are 8.5mm and blue is 8mm.

when do you usually replace the wire??? I haven't done that yet. Haven't seen the need, yet.

Putting 8mm wires on the stock coil packs it about all you need. The stock coils on GM cars are better than aftermarket ones IMO. GM has always made pretty good coil/ign products. I guess it makes up for the crappy rotors

Anything bigger than 8, you're wasting your money.

FYI, I had Taylors on my car for about 3 to 4 years before I replaced them. They were still good. I bought Accel Xtreme 9000 wires from Pep Boys. I paid around $100 but it was a set of 8 plus a coil wire for older cars and they work just fine
