You can really go with any color because you have a white car... If I was to do it, I would either go mostly black interior with another accent color, or white white with an accent color.
Go white so you can buy my white carpet!

black interior with white accents when you have a white exterior would look pretty sweet

I am trying out a black, no spoiler trunk lid right now, want to harken back to the '68 Hurst-Olds. Going to use "temporary paint" for the accents to see how it looks, black, gold, white, custom badging, etc.

Yeah, I'd want an all black interior. Any good ideas of going about this? I'm not painting anything. Usually painting interior parts will end up looking like shit. I just want to replace the dash and stuff. The seats I'll just get seat covers for or something.

there is nothing wrong with painting interior pieces, when its done the correct way, it will last the life of the car, thats why paint companies make interior paint in different degress of gloss, its not hard to paint interior parts at all, plus you will save your self a shit load of money
and i hope you realize that what you want done will bein the thousands, a complete color change plus custom paint work easily over 3,000, but if ya got the money then go for it just pick out a shop that does quality work, i wouldnt even look at someone that would do it cheaper it will look like it was painted with a rattle can
quality doesnt come cheap is what iam saying

well you should be able to find black carpet pretty cheap. and get the seats redone for not too bad, headliner too. but it gets harder to change color when it come to the dash and door panels. but if your painting all that all you have left to worry about is the seatbelts, which can be dyed or i think there is comanies that sell different colors.
but still like bdyman said, its not gonna be too cheap to do. it would look really cool tho

Thanks, though.

here are two pics of what previous members have done.... neither of which are on the boards anymore.
First (justinusaf) this was his wife's car, and has been sold
Second (kitten_kat) No updates as to where the member is now or the car
I remember asking kitten_kat how they did the carpet and I think I remember being told they used RIT dye. But I'd recommend getting all new from somewhere. The plastic pieces can be painted rather easily with the right paint. Even rattle can holds up well w/ the right kind... but its the vinyl that'll get ya. If you paint that, I've NEVER heard of it sticking for long periods of time. They do make vinyl dye.. but I've also heard its a pain to work with, and keep "smooth"

If you have a dog (or a cat) that sheds, colour match the interior to your pet. That way the shedded hair won't show up as bad.
(Dang, does this mean I have to make my interior light orange?? )

That black interior looks awesome. Not feeling the silver though. If anyone knows which paint would be best to use, hook me up.

I have a 01 4 door and the exterior is black but the interior is a two-tone tan leather and light gray other pieces. I hate the tan color and how do I change the color of the leather?? Dye, paint or what??
