Question LED Questions...Help needed!

I was thinking about changing my turn signal bulbs to a LED bulb but I remember trying my taillights and it would always blow a fuse. Is there something I'm missing or doing wrong or what do I need to look for?

I got the LED bulbs in all four of my tails and I haven't had the problem...have had them like that for 3yrs now. May be something as simple as having the wrong size fuse, but I don't think you would miss something like that. Kind of strange being that an LED doesn't draw more current then the stock bulb...does the fuse blow with the stock lights in?

Well I tried the tails about a year ago, since then LED's been changing and getting better. So I'm wondering if there is a certain wattage I need to get or what? My regular bulbs didn't blow a fuse, just the LED's I tried.

the led ones you got might have been blown, and were causing a short??

i've never heard of that. i know you gotta put a load resistor inline, so turning signals don't "hyperblink" but thats all i've ever heard.

led lights pull ALOT less current then the halogens that come stock

I don't know what it was, I may just go with regular bulbs that light up amber. I just like the look of LEDS (I had leads...wtf was I thinkin?) tho.
