line out converter install

How do you install a line out converter to the stock head unit

there will be places on it to hook in speaker wires, then just hook up the power. its easy to do. use the wires back by your rear speakers under that deck, it will be lots easier.

Yeah, just splice into the speaker wires on one of the rear speakers. Then just run the rca cable from the converter to your amp.

Also welcome to the site. Abuse the search button. I see that your from Iowa. Where are you at, because im from Ottumwa.

where is the best place to run the battery wires through the firewall

There is a grommet by the right side behind the fuse box, you cant see it unless you are under the dash, poke a hole with a screw driver, tape the wire to a metal coat hanger and push it through Lots of light is what you need, I did it at 10:30 pm and it wasnt fun lol.
