Stock head unit

Hey I was wondering if the stock head unit from a 02 and up will fit my 99

No the wiring hardness is different.

You can get it to work, butyou'll have to re-pin the hardness

If you search around, I think you'll find that a replacement stock unit needs to be from a 1999 or 2000. Not sure if it can be from a Grand Am though.

No grand am... They're smaller.

The newer ones will work if you put some effort to it..... But the 99-00 are the direct replacements. They should work from other Oldsmobiles too.
