i have the factory fogs on my car, apparently a rock hit the drivers side one, doesnt work anymore. the lens is cracked as well. im replacing them now, and i was wondering how the factory ones were wired in and were the relay and stuff was for them. i was also thinking about using the factory switch for them and putting a relay for activation, is the switch a power supply for the relay, or is it a ground? id like to get all the information that i can. thanks in advance.

If you wanted them to operate just like the stockers and use the stock switch, then just cut the wires just before the bulbs, pull out the old foglight assemblies, and then wire-in and mount the new ones.
